XVII (I do not love you…)

XVII (I do not love you…)

by Pablo Neruda

I do not love you as if you were salt-rose, or topaz,
or the arrow of carnations the fire shoots off.
I love you as certain dark things are to be loved,
in secret, between the shadow and the soul.

I love you as the plant that never blooms
but carries in itself the light of hidden flowers;
thanks to your love a certain solid fragrance,
risen from the earth, lives darkly in my body.

I love you without knowing how, or when, or from where.
I love you straightforwardly, without complexities or pride;
so I love you because I know no other way

than this: where I does not exist, nor you,
so close that your hand on my chest is my hand,
so close that your eyes close as I fall asleep.

What is your secret?

This is another version of a video i posted recently ” Where would you wish to wake up tomorrow?”

This time the question is… What is your secret?

The website i got this from is  http://fiftypeopleonequestion.com

So little about the directors and creators of the videos: I love these guys, they are fantastic… they come up with the most amazing questions, and then they go out and ask 50 people same question. Of course there are those who decide to walk away or give an answer that is not an answer, but there are others who step up and share little piece of them with all the people who watch these videos.

 I want this videos to go around more, i want this video to make people think.Also this video is connected to a book Post Secret ( im planning on buying it thanks to this video), feel free to check it out on amazon or barns and noble.

So please… what is your secret? Answer anonymously if you want…

One simple Question

If you could wake up anywhere tomorrow, where would it be?

Personally, i would want to wake in my bed in Ukraine, me being 8 years old. My childhood. Best memories i have so far, wake up and smell tea my grandma made for me, as well as a sandwich from sausage and bread. I was not concerned about anything other than if one boy likes me or not. Not about college admissions, not about if i can pay the bill this week, just running around with kids i truly had fun with.

What about you? Where would you want to wake up tomorrow?

Enjoy the little things

“Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.”
As Robert  Brault said, we need to enjoy the little things. It can wary from a favorite ice cream, to a first date,playing truth or dare with your friends or getting lost in a foreign country  etc. Everyone in this world has a memory that they can never let go,  no matter what that memory is tied up to, a subject or an object, thus the little things. Its sort off our reality check , where we can see if we are in our imagination or actuality. Within our self’s, we hold a treasure box, that only we know the secret code to open. No FBI or police can break into it, no one will ever find out because it is pure you, your soul. Often, we hide in that box full of memories, child laughs, we can be our self’s and no one can touch us. The only thing needed to be done with that is  that it constantly needs to be refilled with today’s little things turned into big things in the future. Whenever we feel threatened, hurt, depressed, confused or lost, we can look into that treasure box and smile at everything we have  done and take another breath from this fulfilling life full of mysteries and never ending path’s.
